The Challenge

The operator's previous peak had been staffed reactively, producing high no-show rates, daily rebooking, and team leaders spending their shift chasing cover rather than running the floor. Attendance in the prior season had run below seventy percent.

Our Solution

We planned the campaign eight weeks ahead of the ramp, recruiting and inducting in cohorts so each intake was checked, trained, and site-ready before it was needed. Attendance was tracked daily against a named contact at each site, and we held a standby pool sized to the observed drop-out rate rather than an optimistic one.

The Results

All eighty positions were filled across the six-week ramp with attendance averaging 94%, against under 70% the previous season. Team leaders returned to running the floor, and the operator has run the same planned-cohort model in every peak since.
