Hire anywhere, without opening an entity

Establishing a legal entity to make one hire rarely makes sense. As Employer of Record we become the legal employer, handling contracts, payroll, and statutory obligations while the person works entirely for you.

Employer of Record & Global Payroll — Hire On Spot

What Employer of Record covers

The legal and administrative weight of employing across borders, lifted.

  • Compliant contracts

Employment agreements drafted to local law, not a translated template from your home market.

  • Payroll and contributions

Salary, tax withholding, and statutory contributions paid correctly and on time in local currency.

  • Benefits and leave

Statutory benefits and leave entitlements administered to local minimums or better.

  • Onboarding and offboarding

Right-to-work verification at the start and compliant termination handling at the end.

How we work

The same process on every assignment

You always know what stage the search is at and what happens next, whichever service you engage us for.

  1. 01

    Brief

We agree the must-haves, the realistic market rate, and what success looks like at twelve months.

  2. 02

    Calibrate

A first small batch of profiles confirms we have read the brief the way you meant it.

  3. 03

    Search

Direct approach into passive talent, not just the people already answering adverts.

  4. 04

    Screen

Competency and motivation screening against the brief, with written notes on every candidate.

What our clients say

Long-term relationships built on shortlists worth interviewing.

Head of Engineering

Software company

They filled two roles we had been advertising for six months. The difference was that they told us our salary band was wrong before they started, rather than after.

Talent Acquisition Lead

Healthcare group

Every shortlist was worth interviewing. We stopped receiving CVs that had clearly been sent to five other clients the same morning.

Board Director

Manufacturing business

The confidential search was handled properly from start to finish. Nothing leaked, and the appointment was right.

Chief Operating Officer

SaaS business

They employed our first two hires in a country where we had no entity, and it took days rather than the months we had budgeted.

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions?

Talk to a consultant
  • Who does the employee actually work for?

You, in every practical sense — you set the work, manage performance, and own the output. We are the legal employer of record, which is what makes the arrangement compliant where you have no entity.

  • How quickly can we onboard someone this way?

Typically days rather than the months an entity registration takes, once we have the candidate's details and the agreed package.

  • What happens if we later open our own entity?

The employee transfers to your entity. We plan the transfer with you so continuity of service and accrued entitlements are preserved.

  • Can you also pay contractors this way?

Yes. Global payroll covers both employed staff and engaged contractors, with the classification assessed properly rather than assumed.
