How quickly will I see candidates?
Contract and temporary roles typically produce candidates within 48 hours. Permanent searches usually reach a shortlist within two weeks. If a requirement is genuinely scarce we will say so at briefing rather than after a month of silence.
What does it cost?
Permanent recruitment is contingent — you pay on a successful start, not for the search. Contract staffing is charged as a margin on the rate, and RPO is a fixed monthly fee. We put terms in writing before any work begins.
What happens if a hire does not work out?
Every permanent placement carries a replacement guarantee. If the person leaves or is released inside the agreed period, we run the search again at no further fee.
